The roots holding help the applicant in the preparation for listing on Nilex and ensure the company's compliance to the listing and disclosure rules.

 

Custodianship

1-We receive securities that are transferred by other custodians for free.

2-we transfer all buy and sell transactions for our clients by a special commission

3-we deposit all securities that is not registerd in misr for central clearing, depositary and registry to make it available for sale( in case that the client is wishing to)

4- we list the companies in misr for central clearing, depositary and registry as a prepration for listing it in the Egyptian stock market or Nilex.

5- we collect the coupons for the clients (in case we have authorization from the clients)

6-we  perform all the operations like(stock split,mergers,……)
